We had an excellent experience with Tri-City Plumbing. The plumber is nice and helpful and took the time to answer any and all questions. Our clogged kitchen sink needed to be snaked and he had it cleaned out within 15 minutes. He made everything so painless and convenient. He also gave us a good recommendation if the problem returns. I will be using them again for any and all plumbing issues.

Ramon picked up in seconds and was working on the repair in about 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and there was absolutely no up-selling or pressure to do anything. Will definitely use Ramon again.

Update: had a second plumbing emergency, HE PICKED UP THE PHONE ON HIS VACATION! I told him to get off the phone and enjoy his time off, but just wanted to post to let people know the ownership Ramon takes with his customers.

I made the mistake of having my brother install my replacement water softener but it has never worked. I remembered having Tri-City's Plumbing out 3 yrs ago when I first moved in to check to see if the unit was even working. The guy was honest with me then that the unit was working but would eventually wear out but he didn’t try to sell me a new unit. I remembered this so called him out to double-check the new unit but he did what was necessary to get it going.
